What file format are your products in?
Audio files are in MP3 format. Video files are in MP4 format. Both of these file types can be played using the Quicktime Player and most standard media players. Please consult the help files of your media player for compatibility. We do not support media players.
Some products (such as bundled items) are zipped. These can be opened using a standard unzip utility.
Can I play my files on my iPod?
Yes, you can. iTunes and your iPod can play MP4 files.
How do I get an account?
Click on "my account" and sign up. It is free and there is no obligation to make a purchase. After signing up, you will be sent an email to verify your account before it becomes active. Be sure that you enter your correct email address.
How do I purchase products?
Select the products that you would like to purchase and "add to cart" then proceed to "check out". You will be redirected to Paypal to complete your purchase. Once your transaction is complete, you will be emailed a registration code (to your Paypal address). Set up an account (click on "my account") and enter your registration code to enable your download. If you experience problems, please email us.
When can I download my purchases?
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. If you have not already set up an account, sign up at anytime time and you will be able to enter your registration code to download your files.
Will my purchases be available for download at a later date?
Yes. Your purchased files can be downloaded as long as your account is active and the product is still available at this site.
I purchased the incorrect title, what do I do?
If you purchased the incorrect title, please email us immediately. Do not download the incorrect file. Once a file has been downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. This is determined by our software which records the number of downloaded files in your account.
Do you offer any programs besides yoga?
I have a title that I would like to sell at BEinYOGA.com.
